Who We Are
425 Consulting Group was founded in 2014 by Rich Berry and Chris Brooks. Each partner brings extensive experience in enterprise consulting.
Throughout the past twenty years, Chris has played key roles in establishing FP&A teams, refining accounting processes, and implementing various financial reporting solutions across diverse industries such as manufacturing, travel, and high-tech. In addition to being the first Controller for Microsoft Retail Stores worldwide, he has also navigated environments ranging from start-up ventures to Fortune 500 giants like Boeing and Expedia.
Rich leveraged the accounting experience he gained from the CPA firm Moss Adams to become the Group Finance Manager at Microsoft. With a team of 25+ employees and vendors, he provided solution delivery for finance applications. He is proud to know that the systems, processes, and reporting work he originally designed, developed, managed, and maintained continue to be the framework of Microsoft’s operations today.
Together, with an equally qualified team of professionals possessing one hundred years of combined experience at Microsoft, their focus is on becoming a trusted partner for small to mid-sized organizations.
