Rich Berry
Partner
Since 2007, Rich has been helping clients maximize the value of their data assets by designing business intelligence and data warehouse solutions at a large Seattle-area technology company. Prior to that, he was a group manager responsible for all areas of financial management reporting and corporate accounting systems. Immediately after graduating from the University of Washington with an accounting degree, he worked at Moss Adams, CPAs.
Chris Brooks
Partner
Over the past two decades, Chris has been working with industries including manufacturing, travel and high-tech to create FP&A teams, Accounting processes and implement a number of Financial Reporting solutions. He has been both a business leader, project manager and analyst ranging from start up businesses to Fortune 500 companies like Boeing, Microsoft and Expedia. Chris has an Accounting degree from Western Washington University and an MBA from Seattle University.
Bryan Ruttkay
Director
Bryan Ruttkay leads the 425 Consulting team in the technical design, development, and delivery of Business Intelligence solutions. While working with companies like Microsoft, Amazon, and Nordstrom, he gained deep experience in financial data modeling and reporting which he brings to every project. Bryan is a graduate of Willamette University with a degree in Economics.
Loren Bahnick
Director
Loren Bahnick joined 425 Consulting in 2019 and has been helping to grow the practice in various roles including service delivery, project management, and business development. Before joining 425 Consulting Group, he spent most of his professional career in software design, development, and implementation services with ADP, Sage Software, Kronos, and others. Loren is a graduate of the University of West Florida with a degree in Accounting.
Kate Hermansen
Director
With years of experience leading finance teams at Microsoft, Kate joined 425 Consulting in 2021. Her large enterprise experience includes complete financial management of internal business units, process analysis, gap assessment, and implementation of improvements. Kate has a keen eye for identifying weak or inefficient systems and processes and understands how to implement corrective action. Kate has a degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Washington and an MBA from Seattle University.
Brandon Sheets
Director
Brandon Sheets is 425’s resident “data ninja” and leads our team in building data platforms that support Business Intelligence solutions. He brings over 20 years of experience in dedicated development, administration, and support of critical, complex data warehouse and reporting systems. Working with companies like Microsoft, Nordstrom, Disney, Expedia, and TMobile, Brandon’s specialties include the Azure Data Platform, Microsoft SQL Server, and data security management. Brandon earned a degree from Washington State University in Business Administration and Management Information Systems and holds multiple Microsoft certifications.
Jordan Nissley
Consultant
Jordan Nissley has been working with Microsoft Navision and D365 Business Central since spring 2014. His career began working for Sentinel Technology Group and Velosio and has traveled across the United States implementing Microsoft systems. He has extensive hands-on experience in all stages of the Microsoft NAV / D365 Business Central implementation life cycle, including functional design, data migration, extension development in Visual Studio, and end-user training.
Jesi Chrisman
Project Manager
Prior to joining 425 as a Project Manager, Jesi consulted on multiple fronts while working within the internal Microsoft Surface ecosystem. Her primary roles included managing third-party relationships and product development.
Other project experience at Microsoft involved data analysis, audit, and creation of presentation content for all of the Microsoft leadership teams.
Samantha Jacobs
Data Analyst
‘Sam’ is a data analyst for 425 Consulting Group, focusing on providing reporting and reporting development support. In her 10 years of professional experience, she has gained invaluable experience from several well-known organizations which covered a wide range of specialties including database management, reporting/analytics, and digital technology optimization.
